■外食業の特定技能1号試験予約手続きの停止について

この程（ほど）、農林水産省（のうりんすいさんしょう）から、外食業（がいしょくぎょう）の特定技能（とくていぎのう）1号試験（ごうしけん）の実施（じっし）を国内外（こくないがい）ともに停止（ていし）するよう指示（しじ）がありましたので、再開（さいかい）の指示（しじ）があるまで、同（どう）試験（しけん）の予約手続（よやくてつづき）を停止（ていし）します。

この試験停止指示（しけんていししじ）は、外食業（がいしょくぎょう）の特定技能（とくていぎのう）1号（ごう）の在留資格者数（ざいりゅうしかくしゃすう）が、日本政府（にほんせいふ）が定（さだ）めた5年間（ねんかん）（2024年度（ねんど）〜2028年度（ねんど））の上限数（じょうげんすう）（5万人（まんにん））を超（こ）える見込（みこ）みとなったため（※）、試験（しけん）も停止（ていし）することになったものです。試験再開（しけんさいかい）のめどは農林水産省（のうりんすいさんしょう）から示（しめ）されていません。

The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has instructed us to suspend the implementation of Food service industry Specified Skilled Worker (i) TEST , both in Japan and overseas. Accordingly, we will suspend the reservation procedures for this examination until further notice.

This suspension order was issued because the number of holders of the Specified Skilled Worker (ⅰ) residence status in the food service industry is expected to exceed the upper limit of 50,000 set by the Japanese government for the five-year period from FY2024 to FY2028 (*). As a result, the examination has also been suspended. The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has not indicated when the examination will resume.

試験問題しけんもんだいの構成こうせい、問題数もんだいすう、試験時間しけんじかん、合格基準ごうかくきじゅんは、日本国内試験にほんこくないしけんと同おなじです。

The test contents, number of questions, duration the test, and acceptance criteria are the same as the domestic test in Japan.

2026年度の日本国外での試験は、当機構がプロメトリック株式会社に委託して実施されます。

The Organization for Technical Skill Assessment of Foreign Workers in Food Industry commissions Prometric Japan Co., Ltd to conduct the test overseas for FY2026.

他の国については、政府間の協議を経て、試験実施環境が整った国から順次実施されます。

For other countries, the test will be conducted in order from countries that have prepared the test environment after consultations between governments.
